This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on noomaproperties.com, operated by NOOMA PRIME PROPERTIES L.L.C. It sits alongside our Privacy Notice, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
1. The short version
This Site does not set any cookies. We use no analytics, advertising, or social media tracking technologies, and we do not profile visitors or share data with advertising networks.
What we do use is a small amount of storage in your own browser, so the Site can remember your choices while you are using it. That storage stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Your conversation with the concierge assistant is also given a randomly generated session reference. It is held in memory for the duration of your visit and is not written to your device.
3. Your preferences
The preference centre lets you set your position on analytics and marketing technologies. Because none are currently in use, that choice has no effect on the Site today — it is recorded so that we can honour it if we ever introduce them. You can change it at any time: Manage preferences.
You can also block or delete cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Because nothing on this Site depends on cookies, doing so will not stop the Site working, though it will mean the preference centre appears again.
4. If this changes
If we introduce analytics or marketing technologies, we will update this policy and the preference centre before those technologies are used, and any non-essential technology will run only where you have agreed to it.
