A small number of projects, known properly.
We are a buying and selling brokerage registered in the Emirate of Dubai. Rather than list everything, we follow a short list of developments and publish the entire file on each: what is sold, what it costs, which regulator governs it, and what the public registers say about the land around it.
Sourced, not asserted
Every figure on a project page carries a source at the bottom of that page. Where we worked something out ourselves, we say it is ours and show the arithmetic.
Gaps in plain sight
Each listing has an open-items block: the handover date we have not had confirmed, the payment plan not yet published, the permit still pending. It is the first thing most brokers hide.
Government registers, not rumours
Plot boundaries, permitted building heights and construction status come from the Dubai Development Authorityβs public register β which is how we can tell you that the empty plot beside a tower is permitted to 43 storeys before you buy the view.
Someone to ask
Ana, our concierge, is given the same dossier β including the open items β and is instructed to say βwe have not confirmed thatβ rather than pick the more attractive figure.
Four things, in writing.
- No bait listings. Every home you see is real and available. The day it sells, it comes down.
- Real prices, no games. The number on the page is the number, data-backed rather than inflated to reel you in and negotiate you down.
- The full cost, upfront. The 4% Land Department transfer fee, agency fee and service charges β before you fall in love, not after.
- Advice, not pressure. We will tell you when a deal is not worth it. The job is the right home, not any sale.
Who you will actually deal with.
A small firm on purpose. You get a partner, not a rotating desk.
Check us before you trust us.
NOOMA PRIME PROPERTIES L.L.C β a Dubai mainland company with a DET commercial licence and RERA registration 63460 for real estate buying and selling brokerage.
Scan it and the Land Department confirms the registration directly. Our Terms set out exactly what that licence covers and what it does not.
