How quickly will someone come back to me?
An enquiry reaches a partner directly rather than a call centre — we are a small firm and that is deliberate. If you ask for a market assessment on a property you own, you get it in writing within 48 hours.
Where is your office?
MARYAM AHMAD BLDG, Office 224, Al Baraha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Visits are by appointment: with a team this size, turning up unannounced usually means finding the door shut and everyone out at viewings.
Can I check that you are licensed before we talk?
Please do. NOOMA PRIME PROPERTIES L.L.C holds RERA registration 63460. The QR code on this page and in our footer goes straight to the Dubai Land Department's own verification, not to a page we control.
Can I just ask a question without leaving my details?
Yes. Ana, the concierge on this site, answers from the same dossier our advisors work from — including the parts we have not been able to confirm — and asks for nothing to get started. Call or email if you would rather speak to a person.
Do you handle rentals?
No. Leasing brokerage sits outside our licence, which covers buying and selling. If you are looking to rent, we will say so rather than take the enquiry and pass it on.
