- Not reliably, and the direction is different district by district — across Dubai the off-plan median runs above resale in the large majority of them. The two are separate markets in one postcode: what is launching now is not the stock that is changing hands. - What does “sold” mean here?
- Oqood registrations against the units the project registered. Above 100% is not an error: an off-plan unit can be sold on before handover and each sale is filed, so it says a resale market exists inside a building that does not yet.
