Sea-view apartments and penthouses on the trunk and crescent β from the Shoreline and Golden Mile to the Palm Tower and branded beach residences.
Apartments give you Palm Jumeirah living without the upkeep of a villa β a lock-up-and-leave home on the beach, often with hotel-style amenities and a ready rental market behind it. They are the most common first purchase on the Palm, popular with investors, holiday-home buyers and anyone who wants the address at a lower entry point.
Eleven low-rise buildings along the trunk, most with direct beach access and pools β the classic Palm apartment, and often the best value onto the sand.
Mid-rise residences along the spine of the island, walkable to retail, marina and metro β strong for year-round living and long lets.
Higher-floor apartments and penthouses with island-wide views, plus serviced branded residences on the crescent (with hotel amenities and managed rental programmes) for a fully hands-off holding.
